From August 23-25, 2024, PT Indo Aero Semesta held its annual gathering event with a twist. This year, the event took place at Gumuk Pasir Parangkusumo, Bantul, Yogyakarta, and Lava Tour Merapi Volcano, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Employees were invited to experience the thrill of adventure through a Jeep Adventure activity. This event was not just an opportunity for fun but also a moment to strengthen camaraderie and team spirit within the company.
Employees were taken on a journey through the Jeep Adventure activity, which involved challenging terrain. The route included beaches, mountains, and rivers, offering an unforgettable experience for each participant.
After the jeep adventure, the event continued with a dinner. The dinner commenced with a welcoming speech by Mr. Ahmad Dayari, the Director of PT Indo Aero Semesta, who expressed his gratitude for all employees’ dedication and hard work throughout the year. This was followed by motivational remarks from Mr. Beng Tardjani, the President Commissioner of PT Indo Aero Semesta, and the presentation of The Best Employee award by Mr. Suwondo, the Finance & General Affairs Manager of PT Indo Aero Semesta. The evening concluded with dinner and entertainment for all employees of PT Indo Aero Semesta.
The purpose of this event was to strengthen team synergy, boost employee motivation, and provide an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other better. With a warm and friendly atmosphere, it is hoped that the spirit of cooperation and team solidarity will continue to grow.
