Our Facility

State-of-the-Art Facility for Aviation Excellence

PT. Indo Aero Semesta occupies an area of 183.04 square meters consisting of 3 floors and provides with the facility: Electrical Power 3 phase / 380 VAC / 50 Hz, Electrical Power 28 VDC/250 Amp. Electrical Power 3 phase / 115 VAC / 400 hz, Air Compressor, Pneumatic Test Stand, Air Engine Starter Test Stand, Hydraulic Test Stand and Cleaning Facilities, Oven and Coffee Maker Teststand, Starter Generator and Load Bank Teststand.

Administration & Main Office

Our administration performs a variety of clerical, administrative, and managerial duties necessary to keep aircraft maintenance activities running efficiently.

WORKSHOP AREA ENVIRONMENT

In this area the Landing gears and Hydraulic Components performed the repair or overhaul process, receiving inspection, disassembling , and reassembling.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

To support the maintenance of pneumatic, hydraulic, accessories, and electrical components, Indo Aero Semesta Shop provides tools and equipment

HYDRAULIC TEST-BENCH

The Hydraulic Test Bench is designed for carrying out procedures on functional test of various Landing gears and hydraulic components.

AIR CIRCLE MACHINE TEST-BENCH

The ACM (Air Circle Machine) test stand is used to control test parameters while performing operational testing on the air cycle machine (ACM).

STARTER GENERATOR TEST-BENCH

This test stand is designed for the purpose of testing new or overhauled AC Generators with a high speed gearbox and 200 HP drive motor with a variable frequency

ELECTRICAL VALVE TEST-BENCH

Furnishing the capability to assess a diverse array of pneumatic valves and components installed across contemporary aircraft, encompassing a wide spectrum of flow.

CLEANING & PAINTING AREA

General painting and ultrasonic cleaning activities, in addition to serving as a dedicated space for conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections.

PART AND UTILITY COMPONENTS

Providing spare parts that are always under the control of stock so that the maintenance of components is handled according to the target confirmed by the company.
